This Standard is an adoption with national modifications and has been reproduced from ISO 21528-2:2017, Microbiology of the food chain — Horizontal method for the detection and enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae, Part 2: Colony-count technique.

Appendix ZZ lists the variations to ISO 21528-2:2017 for the application of this Standard in Australia.
