The Local Service Ordering Guidelines (LSOG) describes the ordering guidelines for local service. These guidelines are equally applicable to manual (paper) and mechanized (electronic) forms of local service (Resale, Unbundled and Local Number Portability Services) ordering. These orders should be placed under the various provider's tariffs, contracts, and/or agreements.
