This standard addresses the E9-1-1 Class of Service associated with a small cell that has a less than 100 meter coverage in an indoor environment. It introduces the FIXD classification as well as the utilization of POSOUR 53. FIXD Class of Service meets the guidelines of WPH2 location information.
