This document provides a high level overview of the service capabilities that should be supported across the interfaces associated with low-power wireless access to Personal Communication Services (PCS). These capabilities should be planned for in the initial architecture and made available in a reasonable time frame. Although this document focuses on low-power wireless access (i.e., .25 watts or less), these capabilities may be equally applicable to medium and high-power access methods.
