This standard defines technical requirements of digital collection services based on Blockchain technologies. A technical architecture, functional components, and security requirements are defined. The purpose of this standard is to facilitate interworking between different Blockchain platform providers, digital collection service providers, and digital collection asset providers, and to increase technical integration and service collaboration. The standard can be used by Blockchain platform providers, digital collection service providers, and digital collection asset providers to deploy digital collection services collaboratively and to accelerate the digitalization of physical assets.
