INTRODUCTION
Pre-Paid Charging (PPC) enables the subscriber to pay for telecommunication services prior to usage. This document presents a recommended plan for the implementation of Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) capabilities that support PPC for circuit-switched data and short message services (SMS). The WIN capabilities that support PPC are for use in the Wireless Radiotelephone Service.
