AASHTO M 153-06 (2016)

This specification covers preformed expansion joint fillers of the following four types for use in concrete, brick, or stone contstruction:

• Type 1 -- sponge rubber,
• Type 2 -- cork,
• Type 3 -- self-expanding cork, and
• Type 4 -- Polyurethane-bonded recycled rubber.

Except for the Type 4 Polyurethane-Bonded Recycled Rubber Joint Filler and any reference to Type 4, this specification agrees with ASTM D 1752-04a.
