API MPMS Chapter 17.6 (R2010)

Designed to improve the accuracy of custody transfer volumes by establishing recommended procedures for determining the amount of crude oil & petroleum products in shore or vessel pipeline systems before and after the liquid is loaded onto or discharged from marine vessels. These procedures will improve line fill determination activities and assist in making results reproducible at loading and discharge points.
