API MPMS Chapter 8.3 (R2015)

Covers the handling, mixing, & conditioning procedures required to ensure a representative sample of the liquid petroleum or petroleum product is delivered from the primary sample container/receiver into the analytical test apparatus or intermediate containers. For sampling procedures, refer to Chapters 8.1 and 8.2. Refer to Chapter 8.4 for the mixing and handling of light fuels for volatility measurement.
