API RP 1117:1996

Covers the design, execution, inspection, and safety of pipeline-lowering or other movement operations conducted while the pipeline is in service. It presents general guidelines for conducting a pipeline-movement operation without taking the pipeline out of service. It outlines recommendations to protect the pipeline against damage. Inspection procedures and limitations are also presented.
