Sets out the method for determining the dielectric breakdown voltage at power frequency, of insulating liquids of nominal viscosity up to 350 mm²s^-1 at 40 °C. Intended for use of acceptance testing on new liquids and for monitoring the condition of liquids in use. This Standard is identical with, and has been reproduced from, IEC 60156:1995.
