1.1This practice covers (i) installation methods, test methods, and required materials for the installation of a sewer service clean out, by means of a small vacuum excavated borehole, and (ii) same-day site restoration. The utilization of this practice greatly reduces disruption and greatly improves safety for to residents, business owners, and the public.
