ATIS 0900105.04.1995(S2015)

The purpose of this standard is to establish specifications for the data communications channels within facilities using the interface standard specified in ANSI T1.105-1995. This standrd defines the protocols and architectures for data communications using the DCC bytes within the SONET signal. These DCC bytes carry the OAM&P information between network elements and can be used as an integral part of the overall Telecommunications Management Network (TMN).
