The product an be super-plastically formed above 1500 \mDF (816 \mDC) and it can be aged after air cooling from the solution treatment or super-plastic forming temperature to increase the strength.
Certain processing procedures and service conditions may cause this sheet to become subject to stress-corrosion cracking; SAE ARP 982 recommends practices to minimize such conditions.
